My research interests encompass the field of environmental modelling and monitoring. From long-term monitoring biophysical parameters to modelling soil vegetation water balance for the study of the interactions between water cycle, agriculture and climate. Monitoring soil water condition and geospatial modelling of soil biophysical properties in different agricultural ecosystems. I like the holistic perspective of data, from its genesis till its use. I coordinate and carry out field operation and I enjoy when robust software drives hardware for data retrieval. I also coordinate data management and DB development for end users. I am fascinated by the power of algorithm for data analysis. Finally I enjoy development of Web Application keeping always in mind Open Source Software and Open Data.
